Once you have Registered, Reviewed Guidelines, Pre-paid and successfully completed the Multi-Choice Test with 84% or better.  Please Note: student registration information, only the input fields with an asterisk * is required.

                 

Make arrangements to meet with authorized Instructor! 

You will be required to successfully demonstrate your CPR SKILLS! 

Then you will receive your Official Certification Card!

FYI: Healthcare Providers; you are required to take the "BLS for Healthcare Providers" test.  Please realize that the Heartsaver CPR & AED test does not apply to you.
