Each member of your group MUST complete the online exam with 84% or better (which means you can't miss more than 4 questions).  Please make sure that every member in your group thoroughly reviews the guidelines!

Our Instructors will make arrangements with your manager for the Skills Testing!  Once everybody has successfully demonstrated their skills, then the Instructor(s) will issue every member an official Certification Card.
