WHAT IF I HAPPEN TO MISS PLACE MY CERTIFICATION CARD???

  1. We charge a $10.00 replacement fee.
  2. Of course the Instructor will double check their roster to confirm that you did in fact attend their course.  Then the Instructor will make arrangements to meet with you in order to re-issue you another card.
  3. Only methods of payment accepted: CASH or Credit Card
